Rhett and Adrianne Glauser sent Charlotte the Gloves, slippers and shawl. She loves them, and wears them as often as possible. The hard part is trying to explain to Grahm that the princess slippers are for girls only. I swear Grahm is going to have a complex when he grows old. If I ever catch him wearing skinny jeans, I'm blaming Rhett and Adrianne!
A classic boy reaction to his first Tonka truck. Thanks Oma and Opa for making Christmas complete!

I was trying to get Charlotte to tell me what she wanted Santa to bring her for Christmas this year. The conversation went something like this:
Mom: Charlotte, what's Santa going to bring you for Christmas?
Charlotte: ummmmm
Mom: Is he going to bring you some princess stuff?
Charlotte: No.
Mom: Is he going to bring you a train?
Charlotte: No. (This went on for a few more tries from mom)
Finally, I asked, "Well what is Santa going to bring?"
Charlotte: Mom, presents.
Mom: But, what kind of presents would you like from Santa?
(Charlotte thought long and hard for a few minutes this time.)
She finally responded, "Red ones."
I'm thinking Santa has it pretty easy this year.

Grahm do you want to dance with me or be a princess?
I'm doing a dancy cool dance. (it looked a lot like the hula).
While we were in Florida we also went to the Everglades. This is one of those really loud airboats that drive in the swamp. The guide pointed out alligators to us and then . . . .you put on the headphones and he goes really fast. We did several spins and just skate on top of the water. But by the end I was completely soaked!

Cruisin' the Caribbean:

This was my fist cruise. I had the best time and ate LOTS of great food! We rented a little sail boat and good thing Heidi (Burk's mom) was with us or I don't think we would have been able to get back to shore without them coming to tow us back. This was also our first trip without the kids!!
One of my biggest problems is I forget to take pictures. SO there's not much to see but the trip was soooo fun!
Thanks to Jamie and my mom for keeping the kids for us!
